Membership requirements

Are you a Board Director of a company or entity, Secretary of the Board, Member of the Advisory Board, Vice-chairman, Chairman, Administrator, Partner of a professional firm, report to the Board of Directors or are you an Administrator of a company or entity? At the IC-A you will find a unique group of people with your professional background who come from a variety of sectors and represent a wide range of companies.

How to apply for membership

An application for membership must be submitted and this will be assessed by the IC-A Membership Admissions Committee, which will verify whether the candidate meets the requirements for membership of the Spanish Association of Board Directors.

  • Entry Fee: 175 euros
  • Annual Fee or Renewal Fee: 525 euros
  • Initial Annual Fee: 700 euros (Entry Fee + Annual Fee). The following years the fee will only be 525 euros.


The annual membership fee covers twelve months from the first day of the month in which the Member is admitted.

To complete your Application for Entry, please follow these steps:


  • Reading and acceptance of the application for membership.
  • Reading and acceptance of the By-Laws and Code of Ethics, for the IC-A.
  • Fill in an application form.
  • Download, print, sign and return the form by post.
